1 Introduction
GA99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "GA99") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between GA99 and its users.
By using the GA99 website (ga99.best) or mobile app, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms have been written in English with Bangladesh users in mind. In the event of any conflict with another language version, the English version shall prevail.
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account with GA99, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be 18 years of age or older. GA99 may request a copy of your ID at any time to verify your age.
- Each individual may register only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
- The name, mobile number, and address provided at registration must be accurate and genuine. GA99 reserves the right to close any account opened with false information.
- Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. If you share them with anyone, you are solely responsible for any resulting loss.
- If you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account, contact GA99 support immediately.
GA99 reserves the right to reject any registration application for any reason, including without providing a specific explanation.
3 Payment Policy: Deposits & Withdrawals
GA99 supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. Below are the main payment options available:

Deposit Rules:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The maximum daily deposit limit varies by payment method.
- Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
- Deposits are typically credited to your GA99 wallet within a few minutes. If there is a delay, contact support with your transaction ID.
- GA99 does not charge any deposit fees, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal Rules:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies according to VIP tier.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — it must first be converted to real balance by meeting the required wagering conditions.
- Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Processing may take slightly longer on bank holidays.
If a transaction is suspected of involving money laundering, fraud, or other suspicious activity, GA99 may temporarily place a hold on the withdrawal request and require additional verification.
4 Bonus & Promotion Terms
GA99 bonus offers are entirely optional. If you choose to accept a bonus, the following general terms apply:
- Each bonus offer applies once per account, per household, and per IP address — unless the offer's description states otherwise.
- Bonus balances and any winnings earned from them cannot be withdrawn until the required bonus wagering (rollover) has been completed.
- Any unused bonus balance will be automatically removed once the bonus period expires.
- More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time unless the specific offer's terms explicitly permit it.
- To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must be a new member and must complete their first deposit.
- If GA99 finds evidence of bonus abuse or system manipulation, it reserves the right to void all bonuses and any winnings derived from those bonuses on the account in question.

5 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to Sports Betting and casino gaming on GA99:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — the only exception is where the cash-out feature applies.
- If a technical error causes abnormal odds to be displayed, GA99 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds.
- Match fixing and betting using insider information are strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the account will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited.
- GA99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnections or delays during live betting.
- If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be removed from the slip and the remaining odds will be recalculated accordingly.
- Minimum bet amounts vary by game or event — generally starting from ৳20 for Sports and ৳10 for slots.

6 Personal Data Protection
GA99 treats the protection of your personal information as a top priority. Data collected at registration and during use of the platform is used solely for platform operations, fraud prevention, and fulfilling legal obligations.

- GA99 does not sell your information to any third parties.
- Information may be disclosed when required by legal obligations or regulatory authorities.

7 Responsible Gaming
GA99 believes gaming should be entertainment — not a burden. We encourage all members to play responsibly. The following protection tools are available free of charge on GA99:
- Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
- Betting Limits: Set a maximum stake per bet.
- Loss Limit: Betting is automatically stopped once a set loss amount is reached.
- Self-Exclusion: Accounts can be temporarily suspended for anywhere between 24 hours and six months.
- Permanent Closure: If you feel you are losing control of your gaming habits, please request a permanent account closure.

8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GA99 platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account to claim bonuses more than once.
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or operate games.
- Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or from illegal sources.
- Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
- Harassing GA99 staff or spreading false information with the intent to damage the platform's reputation.
If evidence of such activity is found, GA99 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary — all without prior notice.
9 Account Closure & Bans
Either GA99 or the user may close an account:
- Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, the verified available balance will be returned.
- GA99 may suspend or close an account without notice for any of the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraud, failure to verify age, or instructions from a regulatory authority.
- Bonus balances are non-refundable after account closure. Real money balances are generally returned within 7 business days.
- Requests to reopen an account during an active self-exclusion period will not be accepted.
10 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between GA99 and a user, the following process will be followed:
- Contact the support team first — most issues are resolved at this stage.
- If your issue is not resolved through support, send a detailed message to complaints@ga99.best. A written response will be provided within 72 hours.
- In any gaming-related dispute, GA99's server logs and game records shall serve as the definitive evidence.
- For financial disputes, you have the option to appeal to GA99's licensing authority.

11 Policy on Changes to Terms
GA99 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
- Continued use of GA99 after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
- For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given before the changes take effect.
- The date of the latest update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
